Arrive at 11:00 a.m., where you'll find the ingredients to begin the cooking class. First, we'll prepare the tiramisu dessert, which will be frozen. Then, we'll prepare the pasta and sauces together according to traditional family recipes. While we're preparing the pasta, we'll sip fine wine from a local winery, accompanied by appetizers and a tasting of the oil made from our centuries-old olive trees. Once everything is ready, you'll sit down to savor the dishes you've prepared. We'll finish the meal with dessert and artisanal liqueurs. All the ingredients used come from the finest suppliers we use every day for our cuisine.
